Tap into your inner rockstar! Join Coach Camille (a registered Pound Pro!) for a super dynamic and fun workout! You will be using RipStix (drum sticks) with pilates and yoga-type movements, leaving you feeling pumped and ready to take on anything! This class serves all levels.
If you’d like to try this amazing workout, you can purchase a drop-in class.
If you’re interested in rockin’ us for a Pound class, you don’t need to take Foundations first. Just purchase a punchcard to join!
