Kickboxing is our thing! Many of our members say that they have finally found a workout that sticks. We mix kickboxing techniques with other fitness exercises to give you a complete high intensity workout. It’s an amazing way to clear your mind, de-stress, and get strong!
Each class is dynamic and fun and you’re guaranteed to leave feeling happy and strong. We have designed a curriculum of 12 different focus weeks and different daily class plans so you can grow your skills and never feel bored.
This 45-minute class will include:
- Warm-up to get the body ready for intense movements
- Starter Round which includes a long set of combos and plenty of punching and kicking
- HIIT Rounds that get your heart rate up and make sure you get a good sweat
- Burnout to finish strong
- Cool down to bring your energy to a more neutral place before leaving
All new members will start with an introduction session at our studio. We want to make sure you feel comfortable and begin with confidence!
