I've loved my experience at Kuma! From the first class, everyone from the coaches to the members have been so kind and welcoming. I was starting my fitness journey from basically nothing and have never felt judged or shamed for taking things at my own pace. I love their commitment to body neutrality, where the focus of the workouts is getting stronger rather than how your body looks. I've always found regular gyms a little intimidating and wasn't good at putting together my own workouts, so the class format with coaches has been really helpful. The community of women is something unique and amazing about this gym. You'll always feel supported, and you'll notice yourself feeling stronger with every class you take!Posted on Google![]()

I was very apprehensive about starting a group fitness program, but I took a chance and started with the Foundations program. I am so glad I did! This community is so friendly and welcoming! I look forward to each class knowing that I am going to leave feeling stronger and empowered. I encourage anyone who might feel nervous about starting to take a chance and give it a try! It is one of the best decisions I have made this year!Posted on Google![]()

I’ve only been to 2 classes and I’m completely hooked, I have never looked forward to a workout in my life, until now! The vibe is amazing, doesn’t matter your body type, fitness level, age, experience, everyone goes at their own pace and level, no one will ever yell at you to work harder or do more. This place is really special <3Posted on Google![]()

KUMA is a fantastic space! I signed up for a membership before I even completed my Foundations course because I love the community vibe so much. Everyone (the owner, coaches, and other members) is incredibly welcoming. You are there for yourself and encouraged to go at your own pace and modify as needed. I come out drenched in sweat, but smiling. Try it, you won’t be disappointed!Posted on Google![]()
