Perfectly sized for 2-4 participants, this 8-week session offers a unique blend of personalized attention and shared motivation. Unlike our larger group classes, this program provides a more intimate setting where each member receives tailored guidance and support. Prepare to connect, grow, and achieve together with a program designed to highlight your individual strengths in a powerful community setting.

What’s Included in Your 8-Week Journey:

  • Personal Touch: Each participant begins with a 60-minute one-on-one session to craft a personalized training plan, ensuring your goals and needs are front and center.
  • Tailored Training Resources: Gain exclusive access to a video library of movements, each selected to support your personalized training plan.
  • Twice Weekly Semi-Private Sessions: Enjoy the focus and camaraderie of two semi-private classes per week, where you can refine your technique and push your boundaries in a supportive setting.
  • Regular Progress Check-ins: We’ll keep your momentum going with two 30-minute check-in sessions—once after each month—to celebrate your progress and adjust your plan as needed.
  • BONUS: Solo Lift Sessions: Drop in during our SOLO Lift sessions for extra workouts to practice your movements and build strength between coaching sessions.

All new members will start with an introduction session at our studio. We want to make sure you feel comfortable and begin with confidence!

It's an amazing and positive place to work out. You're physically challenged and supported to do what feels right for your body. There's no pressure to go a certain speed. Everyone is helpful and really nice, honestly one of my favorite places to be now. If you crave a class structure in a women focused, body positive environment this is the place for you.

I ventured to Kuma Fit in search of women-only fitness classes with encouragement on strength and feeling confident; my expectations were exceeded. Kuma is the most welcoming and comfortable place to move your body; all exercises can be adjusted to level of comfort, and all of the clientele are there for support and encouragement. This is truly a judgement-free, women-empowerment environment. Not to be forgotten, kickboxing itself is therapeutic; No matter what’s going on, when I leave a class I feel at ease, and proud that I have taken care of my body and mental needs. Definitely give this place a try, you won’t regret it.

This is not a gym...it is a community of Women pushing each other to succeed in fitness goals and over all wellness. The vibe makes up you want to show up and push your limits...but...plenty of support on those days you run out of steam.

Just wanted to update my review and say I recently hit 250 classes. I am still so thankful I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and checked this place out. The community is amazing, the support from everyone (coaches and peers alike) is insane and I highly recommend you check it out! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I've been going to Kuma since July 2021 and it's been so much fun. The coaches take the time to get to know each and every member and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. They offer a wide variety of classes and you leave feeling like a total badass. They focus on empowerment and strength which is refreshing for a fitness studio. I look forward to my classes each week!

Kuma is the inclusive gem I didn't know I needed. I needed to change up my workout routine and challenge myself with something new, so I gave Kuma a shot. The instructors are fantastic (special shout out to Mary and the 6 AM crew), they meet you where you're at and encourage you to dig deeper. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging, Kuma is truly invested in your success and constantly recognizes milestones and consistency. Love to see their expansion so that more people can enjoy all that Kuma has to offer!

I've been going to KUMA for just over a year, and it has completely changed my outlook on exercise, fitness, and self image. The workout structure allows you to challenge yourself at your own pace, and the community of women that attend are so amazing! Highly recommend!
