Learning how to lift weights properly can be intimidating in a big box gym but our coaches will help you feel comfortable and build confidence in this small group class which is half kickboxing and half LIFTing weights.
This is a great compliment to your kickboxing workouts and design to help you build a new kind of strength.
Each 45-minute class features different circuits which include strength and resistance training and kickboxing.
All levels are welcome—our coaches will show you the moves, proper form, and modifications when needed.
All new members will start with an introduction session at our studio. We want to make sure you feel comfortable and begin with confidence!
