If you’ve done kickboxing before and you are familiar and comfortable performing basic kickboxing and exercise movements, you have the option to start with our KUMA Orientation.

Previous experience means that you are comfortable with the following: jab, cross, hook, uppercut, front kick, roundhouse, and squats. The 2-Week Foundations Course is still a great option especially if you love learning more about technique or if you’re nervous to start at a new studio.
