Tina is on fire!

WHY KB?: “I have tried other gyms & home workouts but nothing compares to KUMA! It doesn’t matter your age, size, or fitness level. Everyone is encouraged, supported and challenged, both by the staff and the other members.”

“My daughter and I joined together shortly after it opened and we have loved it ever since!! We were looking for a kickboxing studio. At first, we weren’t sure because it is a little bit of a drive but trying Kuma out was the best thing! I stopped going for a while and I am so glad I have been able to return. There is nowhere like it.”

“I think I stay consistent now because of how it makes me feel. When I attend a morning class, I feel energized and strong!! I am ready to face whatever comes my way!! (Which could be anything when you work at a school full of littles!). I also wish I could go each day after work! When I’m able to go in the evenings, it helps erase the worries of the day. I can’t think about work while I am kickboxing!”

“I live in Wells and I am an assistant principal in Berwick. I love spending time with my family, spending time outside, and reading books at the beach or by the pool!! And of course I LOVE kickboxing at KUMA!!!”
