  • Flexible Schedulers: Great for members whose schedules can’t accommodate regular class times.
  • Experienced Lifters: Tailored for those who have a solid foundation in lifting and want to maintain or increase their strength on their own terms.
  • Kickboxing Enthusiasts: An excellent addition for kickboxers looking to incorporate strength training into their regimen.

How Solo Lift Works: Getting started with Solo Lift is straightforward but structured to ensure safety and efficiency:

  1. Book a Solo Lift Intro Session: Your journey begins with a one-time introductory session where one of our coaches will show you how to set up and guide you through the circuits. This ensures you’re well-prepared to make the most out of your Solo Lift sessions.
  2. Schedule Your Lifts: After your intro, you can book any available time-slot that fits your schedule. Solo Lift circuit times start every 15 minutes, providing ample flexibility.
  3. Eligibility Requirements: To participate, you need to have attended at least 10 regular Lift classes or have equivalent lifting experience. This prerequisite helps maintain a safe and effective environment for all users.
  4. Not Sure About Your Technique? If you’re uncertain about your lifting technique, we recommend starting with our Small Group Personal Training to build confidence and skill under the guidance of our expert coaches.
